1. Order Cancellation

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
- Order is canceled within the allowed timeframe and before dispatch
- You received a defective or damaged product
- Incorrect item received
Note: Color or texture variation due to screen differences is not considered a valid reason for a refund.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Cut or customized fabric
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items returned without original packaging
5. Returns
If a return is required, we will provide instructions. You are responsible for packing the product securely. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
